Excerpt:

Watching him watch me turn me on. It did the same for him, which made it hotter.
He squatted down, his face inches away from where my hand was working my clit back and forth. He blew a small burst of air.
It sent a shockwave through my core.
My fingers stilled.
He looked up at me.
"I thought we could make it to the bed this time." He grinned and placed a kiss on the back of my hand.
I offered him my fingers, and he sucked them into his mouth.
I gasped.
His tongue worked over and between my fingers. When they were clean enough, he nodded and dove on my pussy, tongue first.
His tongue was long and hard. It caressed my walls. My body spasmed. I closed my eyes to feel it, but then opened them to watch him devour me. I couldn't decide what was more of a turn-on.
He paused to coat his fingers with my essence and nibbled on my clit while he pressed two fingers inside me and massaged me with the same motion he used with his tongue. It hit me a little deeper and harder. He increased the pressure.
He took his time, tasting and touching every part of me. It was too much and not enough.
My desire was a slow but steady climb up a steep mountain. I closed my eyes, savoring it.
But then he stopped.
My eyes popped open. I opened my mouth, but the expression on his face stopped my protest. He was looking at me.
"Your pussy is really beautiful."
My face grew hot. I fought the urge to close my legs and push him away.
He seemed to be in awe.
"No, really. It's beautiful."
"You act as if you've never seen one up close before." My voice came out shallow and forced.
"No. I have." He shook his head like we were discussing the weather. "Have you?" He kissed the inside my thigh, and my pussy clenched.
"Physically impossible," I said and closed my legs.
He stood abruptly; his hands remained between my legs.
"You could take a photo, videotape it."
I cringed but then moaned when his fingers snaked inside me.
His hips rocked back and forth, causing his hand to press into me farther.
"No photos. No videotape." I breathed out between thrusts. "Don't leave evidence behind."
"It's such a shame." He curled his fingers upwards and dragged them out.
My body convulsed.
"Oh, God," I said and exhaled.
"What can I do for you, Kendall?" He shoved his fingers back in.
I gasped and scooted back. He gripped my waist and pulled me forward. His hard cock nestled between his hand and my pussy. He thrust into me again, his fingers on the inside and his cock on the outside.
He got into a rhythm. The pressure built. He removed his hand, and his cock slid up against my clit. Stretching the front of my panties, he humped me on the kitchen counter.
He grabbed my hips and pressed us together tight. His other hand crawled up my spine under my shirt and pulled me to him.
I wrapped my arms around his waist and pressed my tits against his hard chest.
"Yeah." He grunted in my ear. "Keep doing that."

Author Spotlight:

Hello. My name is Sydney Aaliyah Michelle. I am a romance writer, movie quoter (annoying, I know), and tattoo lover who hails from Dallas, Texas. I write contemporary & interracial romances with second chances, bdsm, & sports elements (Not all in the same book).
I’m so excited to be here.

Greetings and welcome! How long have you been a writer and how did you come to writing?
I've been writing all my life: journals, short stories, horrible poetry. I wrote my first novel in June of 2011. It was awful, but I wrote it and I was pretty proud of myself because up until then, I was notorious for starting things and not finishing them. I wrote with no intention of publishing it, which took a little of the pressure off. In fact, I wrote two more full length novels before writing my debut novel which I published in 2014.

How did you come up with this storyline?
I am a law school graduate. I attended law school in Washington D.C. I have been wanted to write a series of novels based on when I was in school and living in that city. All of the politics and backhanded dealings, negotiations, and scandal you imagine in D.C. are real. It's a sexy atmosphere that makes for some pretty dramatic stories. For me it all started in law school, so that's where this starts with Kendall and Ethan.

What are the best and the worst aspects of writing?
The best aspects of writing is sitting down and writing the story, the first draft. I love the freedom and creativity of writing a first draft. I love it when I create a character in my head and start writing them and they take over and take me and the story in another direction.
The worst aspect of writing is loosing interest in a character or story plot. I am guided by what touches me, what excites me and if I'm bored, the readers will be bored. But sometimes the business calls for me to write when I'm not feeling it, like in my latest series. Everyone wants a story between these two secondary characters, but I wasn't feeling it. Instead I wrote the second book on two other characters and touched on the sought after couple with a hopes it will inspire me in the future to give them their story.

What inspires you to write?
I'm inspired by any medium that tells a story. I get inspired by music, movies, other books, art. People and places inspire me as well. I currently have series set in New Orleans, Dallas, and now DC.

How did you conduct your research for Constitution?
Like I mentioned Constitution is inspired by my time as a law school student in DC. I try and get back to DC at least once a year. When visit, I try and go back to my law school. As an alumni, I get access to the law library, which is the most amazing building. Last year, it was during finals and when the students around me where all studying, I was writing Constitution. It really put me right back into the mindset to write this story.

What are 3 of your favorite quotes from Constitution?
-Sick and twisted, I could get excited about. I loved sick and twisted.

-"I just thought ..." Her voice trailed off again.
"You thought what?"
"I thought we could you know?"
"Fuck," I said.
"I'll do you one better."
She leaned back and tilted her head up at me.
"I'll even cook you breakfast in the morning."

-"You could take a photo, videotape it."
I cringed but then moaned when his fingers snaked inside me.
His hips rocked back and forth, causing his hand to press into me farther.
"No photos. No videotape." I breathed out between thrusts. "Don't leave evidence behind."

Any more Favorites from Constitution:
I love the Constitution introduces a few more characters in the DC Series, Ethan's brother, Ian, Brady and Caroline. It's the next book in the series, my first menage story called The Contract.

What would your friends say is your best quality?
My friends  say my best quality is my loyalty. I am loyal and fight for my friends.

Are reader reviews important to you? Why?
Reviews are important. I like to hear how readers connect with my work. If I've inspired or challenged a reader, I like to hear that. I don't mind the bad reviews. Most of them are telling and give me an insight into my work that I hadn't heard before.
Nine books in and a review hasn't made me rethink my career choice, so as long as I don't take them personal and realize it's not really about my book, it's how someone else perceives my books, then I'm good with them.

What do you do when you don’t write? Like in “Real Life”
What is real life with out writing? Haha. I love to read and I'm a movie fanatic. I love quoting movies and I'm always planning a vacation or trip somewhere and occasionally I get to take them.

Tell us about your other books?
Overall, I write contemporary romance. I have interracial romance, sports romance, contemporary romance with BDSM elements.
I cover some pretty tough subjects in my novels such as child abuse, sexual assault and domestic violence. My books aren't light, but they are real and all have happy endings. There is a little bit of myself in each of my characters.

So glad you could visit with us and give us some insight into your book, your work and you, the author. Thank you so much for coming.
