#WeWriWa Blue Moon House 7 - Harlot #erotic #romance #vampire #paranormal

A full week into 2017 and so far so good from my point of view. I hope yours is starting off as smoothly. For today's Weekend Writing Warriors, I have a snippet from the seventh and penultimate volume of the Blue Moon House prequels, which is available for preorder!
Amazon - Nook - iBooks - Kobo - Goodreads

Find out how each of the characters in the original novella, "Blue Moon House," became a member. Read the trials and tribulations they had to endure, the kinky sexual acts, and wickedly wonderful ways required for entry. Discover what the big secret is all about.

What happens when the sacrifice you make for another turns into a life you can’t abandon? Gwendolyn didn’t plan to become a whore. She didn’t expect to fall in love with another woman. She certainly wouldn’t guess that woman was a vampire. By the time she learns, it is too late, her heart belongs to Sophia and she will do anything to stay with the woman, the vampire, she loves.

I've chosen 8 sentences that aren't too racy. Hope you enjoy!

“I’ll see him on a pyre. Where is he?”
Following the ladies, he found Peter’s remains. “Fine, fine. Go on.” He hefted the body over his very broad shoulder and kicked open a door.
Gwendolyn peeked in and saw a giant oven in the middle of the room. Mister March slid Peter’s body off like a sack of flour and then fed him into the currently cold stone. “Goodbye, Peter,” Gwendolyn murmured, crossing herself.

  2. Whatever happened to Peter? The fact that they have a giant oven ready for body burning alarms me somewhat. Very intriguing snippet!

Well, now I'm dying to know (no pun intended) how Peter met his maker. Very spooky snippet!

  8. I'm curious to know what happened that Peter ended up being shoved in the oven. I'm curious to know why there is an oven for such purposes. Yikes!

  9. I don't know the characters or their backgrounds, but from their dialogue I'm guessing what they're doing is a good thing? You just never know when vampires are involved :)

  10. Peter might be a bad guy in which case I don't feel sorry for him, but what's going on that they need an oven for such a purpose. Very intriguing excerpt.

  11. I'm wondering why they are burning (or maybe cooking) the body. But as someone said above, with vampires you never know!

  12. I'm guessing cremation is the only way to make sure a vampire stays dead. The fact that they seem to have such a convenient body disposal plan makes me wonder how much killing they do!
